Can I cancel my membership and if so, how? 
Cancelling membership is something that you do, literally. Since we use PayPal's subscription service, all you need to do is go into your PayPal account, and cancel your subscription. Important: Once you cancel, you cannot register again! This rule is in effect to protect not only SoftwareSellers but the membership as a whole. We cannot have people joining, for a few items they want, then dropping out, only to renew again when something else, to their liking, appears on the site. Once you join, please do so, with the intention of staying with us for the long haul. Over the course of time, with the introduction of new products, you will come out far ahead, by staying with us. We guarantee, that while we may very well raise the price for new members, later on down the road, your membership price will never change! But that is something reserved for loyal members.

So, regardless of what the membership fee was, when I joined, that will never change?
That's right. If you joined for $9.95, and the fees are later raised to $19.95, you will continue to pay $9.95 for as long as you maintain consistent, unbroken membership. Ultimately, this will be advantageous to everyone, regardless of what price they join under.

Effective 15 November 2003, ALL members enjoy Master Resale Rights on every single one of our products. Bear in mind....only current members can resell our products....period. You can not offer resell rights to your customers for these products. There are no exceptions.

I'm a member of SoftwareSellers, and actively sell the applications from my own site. Can I send my customers here for support?
When you purchase applications from SoftwareSellers, for the purpose of reselling them, you are purchasing the rights to do so, along with the obligation of supporting them. We do extend support to our list of resellers but not to those resellers list of clients.

I would like to open a site and sell the software products I download from here, but my ability to build a web site is virtually null. Do you offer any support in this area?

We want you to be successful in your endeavor, and will work with you, by providing guidance, hard-learned net tricks and invaluable insight, so that you get the most for your efforts. Do you have any restrictions on the applications obtained from being a member of SoftwareSellers?
The only restrictions that we actively work at enforcing and we ask for your cooperation at reporting are:

• Do not offer any product you purchase for less than the minimum price it may reflect in the accompanying documentation. I have seen some of your products on other membership/partnership sites. I thought this was in violation of your Terms of Membership?
Prior to converting to a membership format, SoftwareSellers was the 'warehouse of choice' for many of the membership/partnership sites existing today. During the time that SoftwareSellers acted as a supplier for such sites, we sold items, in bulk, with Master Resell Rights. Based on that fact, it won't surprise us to see and/or hear that some of the same products are indeed on other such sites.
